Seeking experienced Service Technician for 300units apartment community. Must have own tools and have 2-5 yrs of industry background and be knowledgeable in all aspects of multifamily housing maintenance including electrical, plumbing and appliance repair. HVAC preferred. An eye for detail and accurate, complete work product is a must.
