In this capacity the successful applicant will be the primary IT liaison for the company between IT other corporate functions. Key responsibilities include overseeing the managed service provider of helpdesk and networking, including network implementations and modifications, network security and the remote Data Center. Will oversee the administration and vendor management of appliance software, troubleshooting, system backups, archiving and report writing as necessary. Additional responsibilities include managing the companys cloud VOIP system, day to day set up and changes, manage cell phone contracts, additions, changes and terminations and purchases of hardware and software products.To be considered for this role, applicants must have a BS in computer science, seven years of background in a multi-faceted IT environment, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and vendor managerial background.
